What will the website address be?
Typically the address will incorporate your names, ie: www.the-special-day.co.uk/philipandjane, however the part shown in bold can contain whatever you wish (as long as it is not already taken). The text you choose cannot be changed once the site is activated.Can I have a personal web address?
Yes, if the address you require is available. This will incur additional costs. Please contact me for details.How long will the website be active?
One year from activation. The site will not be activated until a date of your choice. You can extend after this period for a small charge.How will the website be updated?
You will receive details on how to login to a secure area of your web site. In this area you simply select your photos and type what you wish to have on each page. I will provide low-resolution web-ready images of the pictures I take of you (during a pre-wedding shoot for example) to use on your website. You can also use your own images. If you are unsure how to make your photos 'web-ready', you'll find 2 step-by-step tutorials within the secure area. Click on the image below to view examples of the control panel.
Can I add extra web pages?
Yes. Of course, this will incur additional costs, please contact me for details.Can I choose my own fonts?
Yes, you can choose fonts for the site name, page headings and menu text. You can request a font change via the site update function.Will the site have any advertisement on it?
No, absolutely not.Do you offer support?
Yes. Your site comes with a support ticket system. Any questions or problems should be logged in there and will be dealt with within 24 hours.* if your preferred name is not available, suitable alternatives will be suggested.
