I can’t stand to wait any longer, and I know that Flo & Chris are about to burst from suspense, so I’m just gonna go and hit ‘publish’ on this gorgeous wedding. I don’t have time to write anything too eloquent right now, but I think you’ll agree that the story is in the pictures in any case.
Flo and Chris got married at St Mary the Virgin Church in Radwinter, Essex and their reception was held in a marquee at Flo’s parent’s garden in Saffron Walden. Victoria Brotherson from Scarlet&Violet had created the most adorable flower arrangements, while Jacaranda took care of catering. I have to say that Flo absolutely glowed all day, and I think she took everyone’s breath away in her beautiful Temperley gown and Jimmy Choos. Just stunning.
I think everyone knows that a garden wedding is my favourite kind of wedding, and Flo & Chris’ beautiful day will definitely stay close to my heart for some time to come. Thank you so much for having us guys, I do hope you like the pictures and that your move down to Cornwall goes smoothly (if you ever need a photographer down there you know where to find me. :P)!
Marianne! This is fantastic, you always shoot the most beautiful weddings. Love it.
This looks so incredibly perfect. It needs to be published somewhere!!!
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous work Marianne!
This is very possibly my favourite ever wedding of yours. It’s perfect.
Gorgeous photos and what a stunning bride! So many favourites, especially the one of them kissing in the field… perfect!
This is one of those weddings when I find the further I scroll down the more excited I get. What a wonderful wedding, and a gorgeous bride and groom. The marquee and the couples choices of décor and design are outstanding and of course your photography is awesome.
What an absolutely stunning couple. Love this post Marianne!
Beautiful tones and great story telling images! Marianne your always my photography heroine!
Another beautiful wedding! Great work.
Your work & website are so fabulous it’s not even funny!!! I love this wedding.
I love how consistent your style is, even across incredibly different lighting situations, from outdoors at daytime to a dark stone church, everything feels measured and whole. Great job.
Thank you Ryan, for the highest compliment, especially coming from you who really knows light. My number one (technical) goal is to produce consistent work in all situations, and when people comment on how beautiful the ‘light’ was in venues where I know it has been a nightmare (not specifically talking about this wedding although it certainly was tricky-bright at times), that feels like a huge success to me.
I am totally smitten with your work. So gorgeous yet so real. This bride is absolutely stunning!
Everything looks amazing. It’s hard to pick a favorite. Well done.
your portraits are STUNNING, but that first B&W of her is out of this world amazing, beautiful job!
