Last time I photographed Pen & Cam was for their anniversary session right after they had moved to Cornwall. It’s a little bit bittersweet that this next shoot took place at a time when they were getting ready to relocate to Cam’s native Australia. They will be deeply missed by most of Cornwall (no joke, there are SO many people here that love these two!), and I’m hoping Cornwall will always hold a tiny piece of their hearts as they look over a different ocean.
We were both raised by oceans and eventually migrated to jungles of concrete. With time, it became clear we yearned for the raw energy of the sea. The need to breathe grew and we found ourselves moving to a windswept Cornish Headland, and we’ve never regretted that decision.
